WESVARRDEC’s Organizational Chart
The secretariat administers, coordinates, and controls the consortium according to the policies and guidelines promulgated by the RRDCC. Logistic and staff support are provided by the base agency in the region.
RTGG
Directly in charge of technology dissemination and packaging for commercialization, the Regional Techno Gabay Group trains core groups in developing simplified concepts of technology promotion and commercialization. RTGG also promotes the participation of LGUs and their clients in the application of innovative technologies for higher productivity and profitability.
RACG
As the communication arm of the consortium and headed by the RACG Coordinator who should come from the base agency, the Regional Applied Communications Group provides communication support to the consortium activities. It also pools and complements the communication resources of the consortium member agencies and other cooperating agencies, and fosters inter-agency cooperation by providing the venue for cooperative communication capability.
RMISG
Led by the RMISG Coordinator who should come from the base agency, the Regional Management Information System Group plans, develops and maintains information systems for the consortium. It also provides management of information system it maintains and provides the consortium with regular reports. RMISG extends the information system to the member agencies and train regional MIS members on electronic data processing and use and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) facilities and equipment, among others.
RRDG
Assists the Consortium Director in formulating the long- and short- term Regional R&D plans; Spearhead the packaging of regional R&D program/project proposals for priority commodities; Reviews and recommends the R&D programs/projects and budget to the Consortium Director; Develops a monitoring and evaluation for the regional R&D activities; Participates in the monitoring and evaluation of on-going and completed R&D programs/projects; and Coordinates with RMIS Group regarding collection and submission of R&D data (RDMIS).
